TRACE has established the TRACE Enforcement Group of companies to manage the rapid growth of the business by expanding its services to include the collection of unpaid judgment debts for its clients and offering a new enforcement solution to prospective Local Authority clients.
TRACE has created a High Court Enforcement operation by bringing together leading enforcement experts from the High Court and Civil Enforcement industries under one roof, enabling TRACE to enforce High Court Writs on behalf of their clients.
With TRACE Debt Recovery already providing a trusted debt collection and outsourced litigation service, the recovery of County Court Judgments and High Court Writs is carried out by the newly formed specialist enforcement company, TRACE Enforcement Services Ltd, managed from the main operations centre in Northampton under the TRACE Enforcement Group umbrella.
With investment in people, processes and technology TRACE have launched the enforcement arm on the group’s ethos of client brand protection and service quality.
By providing a High Court Enforcement service in-house, TRACE safeguard and provide a very high level of security for clients and their brand by enabling its clients to retain full and ultimate control of- and discretion over the enforcement process.
