Chloe brings a wealth of customer service experience to the Trace Enforcement Group from both a parking enforcement management background and the tourism industry. Having worked in parking enforcement since 2006, Chloe heads up our contact centre and sales teams whilst serving on the International Parking Community’s Accredited Service Providers Panel which has responsibility for setting and standards for debt recovery across our industry.
David has a strong background in local authority parking enforcement processes which provides TRACE with a structured and robust approach to debt recovery, statutory requirements, and compliance. Having managed large-scale parking operations since 2006, David leads our data management, software and infrastructure teams to ensure data handling is managed to the highest standards, with accurate and transparent management reporting to our clients.
Louis has worked in local authority and private parking enforcement since 2003, making significant contributions to the industry, including the development of parking qualifications with both City & Guilds and WAMITAB. Louis has served on the British Parking Association Professional Development Standards Board. He has also served as a WAMITAB board member and currently sits on the International Parking Community’s Steering Group. Louis continues to develop training courses and delivers qualifications through our sister company; The Training and Development Academy.
