You can recover outstanding debts owed to you by instructing Trace to transfer up your CCJ to the High Court and we can obtain a Writ of Control. We offer a free transfer up service to the High Court if your judgement is above £600 and less than 6 years old.

Chloe brings a wealth of customer service experience to the Trace Enforcement Group from both a parking enforcement management background and the tourism industry. Having worked in parking enforcement since 2006, Chloe heads up our contact centre and sales teams whilst serving on the International Parking Community’s Accredited Service Providers Panel which has responsibility for setting and standards for debt recovery across our industry.
David has a strong background in local authority parking enforcement processes which provides TRACE with a structured and robust approach to debt recovery, statutory requirements, and compliance. Having managed large-scale parking operations since 2006, David leads our data management, software and infrastructure teams to ensure data handling is managed to the highest standards, with accurate and transparent management reporting to our clients.
Louis has worked in local authority and private parking enforcement since 2003, making significant contributions to the industry, including the development of parking qualifications with both City & Guilds and WAMITAB. Louis has served on the British Parking Association Professional Development Standards Board. He has also served as a WAMITAB board member and currently sits on the International Parking Community’s Steering Group. Louis continues to develop training courses and delivers qualifications through our sister company; The Training and Development Academy.
Trace’s enforcement operations are headed-up by Michael who has worked in the enforcement industry since 1991 for one of the largest corporate providers of enforcement services. As an experienced operations director, who is also a certificated enforcement agent, Michael works closely with our enforcement agents, ensuring compliance to industry standards and regulatory frameworks. Michael has been instrumental in providing highly successful enforcement services to local authorities and private organisations for council tax, penalty charge notices, non-domestic rates, high court writs, evictions and commercial rent arrears.
TRACE high court enforcement activities are authorised under Claire Sandbrook (Shergroup) as our High Court Enforcement Officer. Claire is not only an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer with over 40 years’ experience in enforcement, but also a solicitor of 30 years standing. Claire’s contribution to the high court enforcement establishment is extensive, having worked as Under Sherriff of Surrey, implemented the Sheriffs Lodgement Centre, served as chair of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association, to name just a few, but is also an accomplished writer credited with the writing of the leading texts on the topics of enforcement. – Claire was also the authorised HCEO for the highly acclaimed “Can’t Pay? We’ll Take It Away” television series on Channel 5.
